Sponsored The red front of this new restaurant on Paris's Left Bank announces the watchword of Camille Segouin, the restaurant's instigator: comfort. And once through the door, the promise is kept. The crimson banquettes and wooden furniture set the tone, and the dishes, made with the wonderful produce of Perche agriculture, follow suit. A child of Bellême, Camille, with the help of chef Élise Houdayer, offers you some very fine, authentic flavours. To kick off our meal with a big dose of gourmandise, we had (and loved) the soft-boiled egg from the La Bigottière farm. Then we succumbed to the Percheron pig effiloché, cooked at low temperature for 8 hours, served with a local cheddar sauce. "We also always offer vegetarian dishes with the flavors of my terroir," says Camille. To fully experience the tradition of the Parc Naturel du Perche, let yourself be carried away by the famous trou normand before the heart-warming traditional desserts! Aux Perchés offers genuine calvados, pommeau, cider and artisan apple juice. A nugget is born.
