Well cared for in its early years, the Nikolaou sisters' second table could perhaps do with a little upgrading to work on the atmosphere and the pleasure of the plate on a lunch menu that is certainly affordable, but more simply Mediterranean canteen than bistro de cheffe. Nevertheless, the manager is committed and gives customers a smile for a plate that remains at the level of a toque: decent dolmades, small kokkinisto squid with pligouri (Cypriot bulgur) and small vegetables for a rather original dish.
