Description
Sponsored Anju and Ludovic invite you to discover their homemade culinary universe. This is traditional, both for the cuisine typical of France's terroirs and for Mauritian cuisine in reference to Anju's culture. So, at lunchtime, at low prices, classicism takes pride of place: charcuterie or salads as starters, followed by bavette and home fries or codfish and dessert. In the evening, the ambience of the canapés area and the exotic flavours are sure to thrill. We start with one of the 40 cocktails mixed by Anju - ex-bar manager of a palace - while enjoying a charcuterie and cheese board and Mauritian tapas. These are in harmony with the aromas of the exotic dishes she lovingly prepares: prawns, yellowfin tuna, curries, vegetarian dishes with spice blends created by the couple. Fans of Southwestern cuisine can treat themselves to an IGP duck breast. And, like all our customers, we'll fall for the Mauritian cup imagined by Anju! For everyone's enjoyment, the auberge welcomes groups of up to 70 people. The establishment is also open on Sundays for groups and by reservation.
