Chef's Restaurant This is one of the prefecture's most innovative and exciting bistros, constantly renewing itself and expressing itself with disarming fluidity. This almost family-run establishment, where Marine and Gauthier play a real four-handed game, cooking and serving together, expresses objective sincerity and a human vision of the table. The open kitchen allows great mobility and plates circulate effortlessly, while the results reflect great technical skill: a starter of black beans and pan-fried foie gras, scallops and Jerusalem artichokes, chuck with carrots, a dessert of chocolate and orange ganache. A short, precise cellar (Vincent Lacoste, Peter Sichel, Cyril and Fabien Boisard, Julien Paul, Pierre Dietrich).
