Gourmet Restaurant On the road to Mont Saint-Michel, Cyril and Laëtitia's auberge is an experience in the heart of Normandy. Behind the traditional facade of this elegant stone house, a room with a warm, bourgeois feel emerges, for a return to the slightly solemn, country chic experience of fine regional dining. On the plate, a perfectly understood terroir, for the duly transmitted pleasure of risotto with Pont-l'Evêque and whale andouille, cider vinegar, roast fillet of pollack and wood emulsion, vegetables of the moment, beautiful duck breast with pink berries, Norman baba with calvados and candied apples. Affordable prices. The house also offers its own rooms.
