Gourmet Restaurant Benoît Doraphé has acclimatized very well to the Cotentin region, which is so rich in seafood and livestock products. Over the years, he has fine-tuned his dishes, creating themed menus based on local stars (lobster, scallops, lamb) and varying his recipes and accompaniments according to inspiration: turbot with green beans, pollack with vegetable snacks in a wok, lamb with potato gravy...
