Gourmet Restaurant Just a few kilometers from the coast, Benoît Delbasserue's restaurant is a bright and elegant place where traditions lead the dance in today's costumes. The chef's attention to detail is evident in his work with products, mixing the usual with more contemporary tastes, such as shrimp with avocado, parmesan and preserved lemon, lobster with tomato and eggplant, monkfish in shell broth with chocolate, sweetbreads with carrots and pine nuts, blueberry and salted butter caramel, ivory and blackcurrant. Competitively priced.
