Gourmet Restaurant In the hinterland of Nancy, in a small country village, Romain Kruch's table is a family adventure that has been perpetuated for over fifty years, for the love of the product and work well done. The decor is fairly classic, but it welcomes family gatherings and sets the scene for a taste that is, on the contrary, sought-after, bringing the terroir up to date with contemporary, well-balanced combinations. On the menu, at just the right price, you'll find melon charentais, feta, Parma ham and elderflower vinegar; redfish, lemon polenta and broad beans; guinea fowl supreme, cooked at low temperature, button mushrooms, blackberries and sucrine heart; and apricot cooked with verbena, crumble and Breton milk yoghurt ice cream.
