Sponsored Behind this slightly green facade lies a small space where Souroush, who comes from a fine career in the restaurant business, and his teams create tasty, hearty burgers. The range, which includes vegetarian suggestions, is cooked with fresh, quality produce, including 100% French meat. Their golden, melt-in-the-mouth, crispy fries are made from real potatoes, washed and cut in the restaurant before being double-cooked. No frozen foods here! An avid gambler, Souroush has created his universe around the casino. As a result, the burgers are named after them. For example, the best-sellers Full Flush (cheddar, bacon, raw and fried onions, BBQ sauce), and Royal Flush (cheddar, egg, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayonnaise). We also love the artisanal Iranian pistachio milkshake. These delicacies are created to order and served on site or to take away continuously from 12:00 to 22:30 (23:00 on weekends).
