Four years after they met on Top Chef, Hélène Darroze and Mallory Gabsi are getting together again for a 4-hands. It will take place on December 7, 2024, at Villa La Coste, in Provence.

On December 7, 2024, food lovers will be treated to a unique event: a four-hand dinner featuring Hélène Darroze and Mallory Gabsi, a young Belgian prodigy now based in Paris (3 toques). The duo, who met on the set of Top Chef, promises an exceptional culinary experience in the enchanting setting of Villa La Coste (2 toques), in Provence.

A reunion 4 years after Top Chef

Mallory Gabsi revealed himself to the general public during season 11 of Top Chef in 2020, a landmark edition in the midst of a period of confinement, which saw talented candidates such as Adrien Cachot, Diego Alary and Mory Sacko, captivate viewers. A semi-finalist in this emblematic season, Mallory won over the jurors and the public with his creativity, his mastery of singular flavor combinations and his ability to marry unexpected textures. Since then, he has opened his own eponymous restaurant in Paris, where he continues to amaze food lovers with his uncluttered, bold approach to cooking.

For this exclusive evening, Hélène Darroze, a leading chef renowned for her attachment to local produce and her Provence-inspired menus, will welcome Mallory into her kitchens. Together, they have imagined a dinner in six acts, a gastronomic symphony paying tribute to the richness of Provençal flavors and their shared passion for authentic, quality products.

Guests at this unique dinner will have the opportunity to discover food and wine pairings carefully crafted to sublimate each dish. Priced at €325, this evening promises to celebrate Provence and the talent of two chefs united by their complicity and love of culinary sharing. An exceptional moment not to be missed by lovers of refined gastronomy and moments shared around the table.
