A reunion 4 years after Top Chef
Mallory Gabsi revealed himself to the general public during season 11 of Top Chef in 2020, a landmark edition in the midst of a period of confinement, which saw talented candidates such as Adrien Cachot, Diego Alary and Mory Sacko, captivate viewers. A semi-finalist in this emblematic season, Mallory won over the jurors and the public with his creativity, his mastery of singular flavor combinations and his ability to marry unexpected textures. Since then, he has opened his own eponymous restaurant in Paris, where he continues to amaze food lovers with his uncluttered, bold approach to cooking.
For this exclusive evening, Hélène Darroze, a leading chef renowned for her attachment to local produce and her Provence-inspired menus, will welcome Mallory into her kitchens.
