A menu based on caviar
On December 13 and 14, 2025, let yourself be tempted by the refined experience offered by chef Christophe Louie and Petrossian. Together, they have created a not-to-be-missed event for the festive season.
On the menu, avocado and caviar pizzette on a slice of panettone cacio e pepe, salmon egg Benedict and salmon eggs on a slice of lemon-ricotta panettone, chocolate and caviar madeleines, accompanied by fresh juices, infusions & Petrossian teas and optional champagne.

A festive panettone
The collaboration extends to the creation of a traditional panettone made with natural sourdough, combined with black truffles of European origin - carefully selected by the house for their aromas - and truffled farmhouse gouda. A blend of tradition and exceptional product, the result is a festive creation that will be perfect for your meals between Christmas and New Year's Day.
This panettone can be served with black truffle tarama, salmon or trout roe and champagne.
