The festivities begin with an amuse-bouche accompanied by a Saint-Germain Spritz or a jasmine-citronella iced tea, before opening with a starter featuring homemade gin-infused foie gras. This is followed by grilled octopus, marinated peppers and tomato caramel, before a pork loin, artichoke poivrade and champagne sabayon. The meal ends with a strawberry macaron, strawberry sorbet and lovage-flavored chantilly.
