Gault&Millau's review 2026

Little by little, the famous Marine is regaining its colors and distinction, slowly working its way back up to the top end of the Manche market. This is thanks in no small part to young chef Victor Leboucher, who is breathing new life into the restaurant. Admittedly, we're not up to full size yet (the restaurant only opens on weekends, from Thursday evening, the menus are hidden, there's no à la carte menu), but the bill is once again very vigorous and the arrivals are well treated. Let's be patient, our dear Marine still has many fine fishermen's stories to tell.
