Gourmet Restaurant Juan Arbelaez's first restaurant is now an institution, and his chef Andres Bolivar offers a cuisine as colorful as the dining room, with South American notes, in a business that runs itself without too much effort from now on: veal carpaccio with gribiche sauce and capers, overcooked perfect egg with creamy fried artichoke, sea bream risotto with black rice, fennel confit and beurre blanc, before a puny, slightly dry piece of roast yellow poultry, broccoli in different textures with pepper sauce, and chocolate mousse with olive oil and roasted hazelnuts. A small wine list featuring wines from elsewhere, Chile, Argentina..., service right on target.
