Set on a 2,500-hectare estate in the heart of the Ortolo valley, Domaine de Murtoli is built around a former farmhouse housing 9 rooms and suites, and 20 stone residences and sheepfolds with rustic yet ultra-chic decor. Chef Mathieu Pacaud, who has his own farm and deploys his talents between the Table de la Ferme, the Table de la Plage and the Table de la Grotte, is entrusted with the catering of this exceptional place. To top it all off, there's a delightful swimming pool and a 100% organic spa offering a host of relaxing treatments (reflexology, Swedish massages, etc.) by Nucca, an organic brand made in Corsica.
