Gault&Millau's review 2026

The chic rendezvous for locals and yacht passengers alike in the Gulf of Valinco. We meet at Parenti, for freshly caught fish, lobsters and langoustines from the fish tank, as well as fish soup and tiger veal from Abbatucci, with chestnut gnocchi and asparagus. Good chocolate dessert, cellar extended to the whole of Corsica.
