Gourmet Restaurant In the upper part of the village of Sartène, a lovely terrace is waiting to welcome you. You'll feel right at home here, under the beneficent shade of the orange trees. In an atmosphere that could be quieter if the restaurant team didn't love to share their musical tastes with a powerful loudspeaker. Apart from this detail, the place is pleasant, the owner cool and active around the barbecue. Other dishes are largely inspired by Corsica and the Mediterranean: zucchini fritters, goat's cheese fritters, and a very interesting idea for lasagne with brocciu, with pretty Swiss chard and a few mint leaves, it's good, fresh and very well seasoned. The veal stew is of good quality, although we would have liked a more reduced sauce with some citrus zest. Desserts include ice cream, fiadone and other sweet touches. A fine stopover here in vibrant, big-hearted Corsica, where the locals are equally delighted.
