Exceptional Hotel Sur l’élégante Place de la Madeleine, Fauchon L’Hôtel Paris a ouvert ses portes en septembre 2018 dans deux bâtiments haussmanniens — ancien siège d’Auguste Fauchon, fondateur en 1886 — repensés par Richard Martinet et l’Atelier Paluel‑Marmont. Avec 33 chambres et 21 suites, il marie l’élégance rose poudré et velours noir à l’esprit gourmet : minibar « Gourmet Bar » signé Sacha Lakic, brasserie 24 h/24 et spa Carita. C’est un temple de la gourmandise, fidèle à l’héritage hédoniste de la maison Fauchon. La Suite Prestige offre une vue spectaculaire sur l’église néoclassique du même nom, tandis que le Grand Café se mue de jour en bar-snack aux « cinq à sept ».
