Gourmet Restaurant Italian fashion is gaining new ground every day, and Parisian luxury will soon be pronounced only in the language of Pirandello. Davide Pecorella, chef at Il Giardino, presents a menu of freshness and classics, renamed "bistronomie" for the occasion: grilled octopus burrata and oyster leaf, vitello tonnato, gnocchi with clams, veal chop Milanese, tiramisu. A job well done, at around €80 per sequence.
