Opposite Contraste, another unit in the mood, with that braise cooking so appreciated by city dwellers deprived of a barbecue. In fact, the name doesn't tell the whole story, as the menu goes well beyond this, in a very contemporary, well-defined and attractive vein: tartare de maigre mayo au vinaigre de souau fraise et oseille, turbot grillé coquillages gnocchis épinards aïoli, volaille marinée piperade chorizo... Well-crafted classic desserts (baba limoncello, fraisier...). The place is simple and lively, with a small terrace on the sidewalk. A small selection of wines by the glass, taken from a rather interesting, personalized wine list.
