Gault&Millau's review 2025

Between Place de la Concorde and Place de la Madeleine, this cosy hotel is the perfect retreat after a day in the hustle and bustle of Paris. The 50 rooms and suites are cocoon-like, with their spaciousness, waxed parquet floors and shades of grey and blue (with a special mention for the top-floor suites, which are extended by beautiful terraces), but we especially love the communal areas, which are real living spaces, also popular with locals - the winter garden for breakfast, the Bar Talaé for afterwork; or the Arboré table, the stronghold of chef Ashwin Marius Le Prince, who offers bistronomic cuisine with a focus on products from the Paris region. The latest attraction is a wellness area with a Tuscan garden feel, complete with treatment rooms and swimming corridor.
