Description

Gault&Millau's review
This cuvée, aged in a corked bottle, required at least 8 to 9 years in the cellar to mature. This is why it is only released now. It was worth the wait as the old gold colour is superb. The nose reveals toasted and “rooty” aromas. On the palate, the richness of the wine combines with the finesse of the tension. This is an amazing champagne to share with friends.

Gault&Millau's review
An astonishing blend of two wines, one aged two years, the other only one year before tirage. The result is spectacular offering a superb champagne, savoury, round and long, but clean and precise at the same time. A rare Blanc de Blancs that is unctuous, and very Burgundian in spirit.

Gault&Millau's review
We recommend you to decant this great champagne to take full advantage of its elegant and racy nose of pure Pinot Noir from mid slope plots in the terroir of Bouzy. On the palate, the wine is structured and structuring, and offers a long succulent finish with welcome bitter notes. To be enjoyed with a noble poultry.

Gault&Millau's review
This Brut Nature has a lovely gourmet nose with pastry notes and aromas of yellow fruits, of a rare naturalness. The palate is ripe, gourmet and pure, and the length entices you to come back to it again. A balanced and fruity Brut Nature in all its splendour.

Gault&Millau's review
With a majority of fruit from the 2017 harvest, this lovely light coloured maceration rosé has a nose of strawberries, grenadine and spices. The wine is gourmet on the palate with intense black fruit and stays strongly sapide on the finish. We will find a fine pigeon to pair with this.

Gault&Millau's review
This is the flagship cuvée of the domaine. Made from an equal blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, it is vinified without added sulfur. The nose is all finesse and balance. The palate is perfect, vibrant, crystalline and juicy all at once. Then the chalky side emerges. What finesse and what drinkability. Just superb.
