An exceptional blanc de blancs with a brilliant golden color. The complex nose reveals aromas of honeyed citrus, bergamot, blond tobacco and dried fruit. Silky and balanced, in perfect harmony with its delicate bubbles, the palate offers generous density against a background of beeswax and well-integrated noble wood. Still in its youth, this champagne would be a perfect match for a supreme of just-roasted Bresse poultry with stuffed morels.
