Perfectly limpid, the shimmering, luminous color features a chimney-like effervescence. The rich, powerful nose reveals notes of yellow peach and Bergeron apricot, sprinkled with sweet spice brioche. Tonic on the attack, the palate combines structure, minerality and ripe fruit flavors in a refreshing profile. Goes well with: monkfish piccata with salicornia.
