A pure meunier. This champagne has fine bubbles and a creamy mousse. The nose reveals notes of peach, mirabelle plum, floral honey and dried mushroom. Very typical of the grape variety, this fruity champagne is ideal with a meal, such as chicken tajine with preserved lemon.
