Gault&Millau's review
The 85 hectares classified as Premier Cru are farmed by 220 cooperative members, producing an average of 300,000 bottles a year: those are the figures for this entity, created in 1956 and located in Pierry, at the foot of the Côte des Blancs. The brand, which celebrated its fiftieth anniversary in 2006, blends the three Champagne grape varieties, with Pinot Meunier at the top (55% of surface area).
