This vintage reveals a superb nose: briochey, roasted, fruity, where juicy pear, vine peach and a touch of poached pineapple mingle with sweet spices. On the palate, all is pleasure. The white fruits melt into a sustained vinosity, revealing a hint of fresh citrus. A successful blanc de blancs that's still in its prime. Serve at table with monkfish en bourride.
