A blend of chardonnay and pinot meunier, this "Réserve de la Terre" cuvée opens with toasty, white-fruit aromas and a metallic touch. Aeration brings out the best in it. On the palate, the wine is generous, vinous and full of energy, with notes of black tea and dried fruit. Good, slightly disconcerting. Fine bitters on the finish.
