A fine salmon color for this rosé. The nose combines notes of citrus and red fruit (crushed strawberry, Montmorency cherry) with an interesting powdery edge. On the palate, the wine is fruity and easy-drinking, with a certain sweetness on the entry, but a fine tension on the finish. Open with a red fruit dessert or salmon gravlax.
