Disgorged in 2018, this 1990 reveals an oxidative nose on opening, with aromas of cheese rind. On aeration, notes of marc and peach compote open up with complexity. On the palate, a certain succulence emerges with a broad, ample touch. The finish, slightly earthy, is close to that of Jerez. Perfect with chanterelle mushrooms and smoked pork rind.
