With its clear lemon color, this vintage delivers a roasted coffee nose, with notes of herbs, creamy caramel and toast. The mousse and bubbles are delicate and mineral. The palate is pleasantly concentrated, with flavors of vanilla and toasted white bread, herbal tea, citrus peel, and sapid, chalky textures. The finish is well-balanced, perfumed and persistent. A great success.
