When served, a dense, creamy mousse reveals a pale gold color with green and silver hues, in which fine bubbles slowly rise. On the nose, the fruity, vinous structure of Pinot Noir is the first to emerge. With aeration, the freshness and finesse of the Chardonnay come to the fore. On the palate, honeyed peach and pear flavors are awakened by fine bubbles and lemony aromas. This wine is ideal for a candlelit dinner with creamed fish.
