The Pinot Noir nose is precise, distinctive and full of maturity. Aeration develops aromas of mango and dried fruit. A toasted aroma, reminiscent of roasted sesame, also characterizes this charming olfactory experience. On the palate, the wine is creamy, with a slightly receding bubble. A fillet of red tuna snacked with sesame and cardamom should, with this cuvée, be a winner.
