After aeration, the wine is fine and discreet, with notes of white bread toast, lactic acid and lemongrass. On the palate, Comtes is still very fresh and young, with the elegance typical of great Chardonnays, both concentrated and airy. The finish is sapid and greedy. Superb champagne!
