The vinous nose is enhanced by lemon and fresh herbs (basil). Chiselled bubbles and whipped mousse air a sophisticated, crystalline and creamy palate (custard, cream, lemon tart). On the finish, textures of walnut shells and lingering flavors of lemony pastries lengthen the wine. An appetizing gourmet champagne for gourmet dishes.
