A very pale color and a nose with subtle exotic aromas (pineapple, passion fruit, kiwi) enhanced by lime blossom. With good concentration, freshness, subtle fruitiness and a pronounced expression of minerality, this cuvée, produced in ovoid concrete vats, is a great success. Gourmet and gastronomic, it delivers lemony flavors and tantalizing length. Delicious.
