Vinified 100% in concrete ovoid tanks, this wine opens with yellow fruit, then black fruit, salted cookies, zesty lemon and pastry. Elegantly gastronomic, the palate is suave, with yellow stone and tropical fruits, followed by blue berries (blackberry tart) and crème fraîche. Lots of finesse and good acidity on the finish.
