Sadi Malot
On the Montagne de Reims, the five-generation family estate has been taken over by Florian and Cindy under the watchful eye of Franck Malot. Together, they work on a range of champagnes dominated by Chardonnay and a perpetual reserve dating back to 1982. They constantly question their practices and their environmental impact. Since 2004, the vines have been cultivated using organic methods, with ploughed soils and reasoned treatments. Since 2022, the duo has applied the precepts of biodynamic viticulture, and obtained organic farming certification in 2024.
