A grandiose blanc de blancs signature! Yet the atypical vintage of this cuvée is the result of an early harvest. The complex fragrance unites spring floral notes with chalky minerality, giving way to hints of granny smith, candied citrus, yuzu and white pepper. Unctuous and harmonious on the palate, this wine offers great density. The long, dynamic finish is both vinous and sapid. This great champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif, with oysters from the open sea.
