Toasty aromas (bread crust, fresh coffee) open the bouquet, combined with notes of wild blackberry jam, crushed raspberry and wilted rose. Toffee, chocolate and blond tobacco add structure. The palate is remarkably intense, fleshy and juicy, very powerful. Notes of red berries in alcohol, maraschino cherry and raspberry brandy. The bubbles temper this ardor before a crisp finish. A champagne that deserves to be decanted to appreciate its fullness with pigeon roasted on the chest, prime rib or black forest.
