From the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims regions, this 2010 reveals a brilliant golden color. The effervescence is provided by numerous fine bubbles. At first sight, the nose is marked by spicy white fruits, followed by rhubarb, white flowers and fresh citrus. The palate confirms the house's expertise. Well-balanced, opulent, it envelops flavors of limoncello. This festive champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with grilled bass, Provençal vegetables and grilled pimientos.
