What a treat! From the very first aromas, this is evident with toasty, cocoa notes reminiscent of slow evolution and a lovely patina. The palate is round and fleshy, vinous, balanced by refreshing acidity without any aggressiveness. Tahitian vanilla appears at the end of the palate in a subtle and very pleasant finish, adding an extra touch of gourmandise. A gastronomic wine that suggests noble pairings.
