Founded in Reims in 1729, during the Age of Enlightenment, Ruinart boasts a pioneering history in the world of champagne. For nearly three centuries, its expertise has been particularly evident in its work with Chardonnay, which lies at the heart of its cuvées. The house also cultivates a world where creativity, gastronomy, and the art of living come together. Committed to environmental sustainability, it is evolving its practices to reduce its environmental footprint without compromising the high standards of its wines. Owned by the LVMH Group, it cultivates nearly 17 hectares and is home to famous chalk cellars listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
