85% Chardonnay from Le Mesnil and 15% Pinot Noir from Bouzy for this rosé with its deep color and fine, persistent mousse. The nose is a delight of red fruits (raspberry, wild strawberry and even blackberry) with a citrus background. On the palate, this intense fruitiness is matched by a greediness that's not lacking in elegance. A well-balanced rosé, with a touch of tannin on the finish, inviting you to open it from aperitif to table.
