This cuvée offers all the features of a great vintage. The thin and light bubbles rise up in an elegant golden colour. Some notes of slightly toasted aromas, mirabelle plums begin to be noticed and extend fully at length in the palate. This Grand Cru will go well with snacked scallops and passion fruit coulis.
