Freshness, ripe yellow fruit (apricot) and white fruit (quince), a touch of sweet spice, all combine to create a complex, elegant and very pleasant nose. The roundness and charm of the palate are highly effective. The fruity notes of the nose are present, but softened by honeyed, sweet aromas. Elegant, charming finish. A balanced champagne without any heaviness.
