A 2008 blanc de blancs in all its splendor. With notes of sea, fresh bread, citrus and a hint of exotic passion fruit, the nose is bewitching. On the palate, the wine is very well balanced: greedy yet pure, with a hint of candied egg yolk, saline notes and phenomenal length. A very fine bottle and a guaranteed price-pleasure ratio.
