The robe is like a biscuit with golden threads. Poached pears, peaches, apricots and fruit tarts opening strongly yet with restraint and complexity on the rich, ripe and still compact nose. Tingly bubbles race through the rich and silky mousse. Unctuous in the mouth, juicy and salivating ripe, rich fruits retain freshness and minerality, sapidly cutting through the concentrated, gourmet and gastronomic palate, for the table and even dessert, like a sparkling Condrieu !

This estate, located in Ambonnay, is run by Patrick Soutiran's children, Estelle and Fabrice. It comprises 3.10 ha in Ambonnay and Trépail. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown. In addition to blanc de noirs, the domaine also offers blanc de blancs, brut nature, vintages and a special cuvée, "Précieuse d'Argent", for cellaring. The domaine has been in biodynamic conversion since 2024.
