This estate, located in Ambonnay, is run by Patrick Soutiran's children, Estelle and Fabrice. It comprises 3.2 ha in Ambonnay and Trépail. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are grown here: in addition to the blanc de noirs cuvées, the domaine also offers a blanc de blancs, a brut nature, vintages and a special cuvée, "Précieuse d'Argent", which is always drunk too early as it improves in the cellar over the years.
