Golden highlights reflect the biscuit and gloriously restrained nose of late ripened yellow fruits, with crisp and fresh yet mellow lemon citrus. Tiny bubbles are sculpted, polished and crisp, with a strong and airy mousse. Cool, poised tropical and yellow fruits on the harmonious and beautifully integrated the palate, fresh and mineral, sapide and mouthwatering, with such elegant concentration and cool salivating, saline lemon juice concentrate at the long end, the textures are perfectly superb.
