With its superb raspberry jelly color, this rosé is perfect, thanks to an assertive ageing process. Viney, deep and intense, its aromas are built around macerated red fruit, aniseed and citrus zest. Raspberry jam and orange marmalade follow. This rosé has a world of its own, right down to the saline, tracing persistence.
